Strength Training
Bronze Program | This basic program includes 2 scheduled 75 minute training sessions per week. Protein bar or milk included in all sessions.
Silver Program | This enhanced program includes 3 scheduled 75 minute training sessions per week. Protein bar or milk included in all sessions.
Gold Program | This elite program includes 4 scheduled 75 minute training sessions per week. Protein bar or milk included in all sessions.
Initial Assessment & Training Sessions |
This fee is added onto the first two months of our strength training programs for all new to PSS athletes. These are one-on-one teaching sessions that train proper form and technique. Through this process, we are able to individualize each athlete’s curriculum based on the uniqueness of their sport.
Speed Training
Add-on to Strength Training | This speed training program is a add on to our strength training programs. Includes a variety of movements designed to improve acceleration, deceleration, quickness, and change of direction. Sessions meet twice a week and each session is about 60 minutes.

Basketball Training
Bronze BB Program | This basic program includes one scheduled group training session per week. Each session is 60 minutes and includes a protein bar or milk with each session.
Silver BB Program | This program includes two scheduled group training sessions per week. Each session is 60 minutes and includes a protein bar or milk with each session
New Athlete Evaluation | A 40-minute session to evaluate an athlete’s basketball skills and see how quickly they catch on. This helps us determine which group based on skill and age.
-Individual Sessions | Limited availability and only offered when we have adequate staffing or if their is a cancellation for a scheduled group workout. Please talk with coaching staff for more information.
Coach Instructed - Dr. Dish | A user friendly, advanced and efficient basketball training tool used to get a high number of shots up in a short amount of time. 40-minute coach instructed workout.. Offered for 1-3 people at a time.
Basketball & Strength Training
Gold Basketball & Strength Program | This program includes two scheduled strength training sessions per week and one scheduled basketball training per week. Each basketball session is 60 minutes and each strength-training sessions are 75 minutes. This includes a protein bar or milk with each session. We prioritize athletes signed up for this program and do our best to schedule basketball and strength training workouts consecutively. For new PSS athletes, the initial assessment and training sessions are required. Please see strength-training programs above for more information.
Platinum Basketball & Strength Program | This elite program includes two scheduled strength-training sessions per week and two scheduled basketball training per week. Each basketball session is 60 minutes and each strength-training sessions are 75 minutes. This includes a protein bar and milk. We prioritize athletes signed up for this program and do our best to schedule basketball and strength training workouts consecutively. For new PSS athletes, the initial assessment and training sessions are required. Please see strength-training programs above for more information.

POLICIES
Payment Summary
Fees will be billed on a month-to-month membership basis, at the end of the month. You will receive an invoice on the first day of each month (for the previous months charges) and payment is due by the 5th of the month. Credit card, cash, check, and ACH are all
acceptable forms of payment.
Contract & Cancellations
There is no contract, but we do ask for two weeks advance notice when discontinuing a program. Discontinuing a program mid-month will result in being charged for the entire month. We do our best to accommodate busy and unpredictable schedules, but we hold our athletes accountable to attend their scheduled trainings. When appointments are canceled at the last minute, it may not be possible to reschedule sessions.
Gym Closures
We may schedule two to three weeks per year to close our facilities. Any month
that the gym is closed for a week, a 25% discount will be applied to your monthly bill.
Attire
These policies are designed to make our gym a family-friendly environment.
Appropriate, modest in nature, workout clothing is required at all times. Clothing with vulgar and/or demeaning slogans
and/or pictures will not be
allowed. Torso and buttocks
must remain FULLY covered at all times.
Indoor only basketball shoes must be worn on the basketball court by coaches and players. Any shoe
that is dirty, scuffs or damages the court or gym floor is not permitted. We ask all athletes to change into their workout and court shoes after entering the gym.
